To book a tour you can contact us with your requirements. You can either select a tour plan mentioned on this website, or ask us to customize it your requirements or combine 2 or more plans for an extended tour of India.

A booking can be made over phone or by email.You can also fill our contact form with all the relevant details and our manager will get back to you with a free quote.

If needed – the tour plan will be further adapted to your requirements. The telephonic or verbal booking has to be supported by writing email by you.

For arrangements beginning more than 60 days from the booking date, a 20% deposit is payable at the time of booking (additional deposit may be required for some arrangements and will be informed at the time of booking).

For arrangements beginning within 60 days from the booking date, a full amount is payable at the time of booking.

The payments can be made by cheque (of Indian Banks) or by Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer) or by cash.

Overseas clients can also pay using gateways like Paypal or Xoom.
